What are the differences between the printing of
pp woven sugar bags and the printing on paper? The differences are as follows:
1. Printing ink is different. The printing ink of pp woven sugar bags is special plastic ink, which has strong adhesion on the woven bags and is not easy to fall off. The printing ink of ordinary paper will fall off when it is rubbed on the woven bags. The printing ink on paper can not easily fall off and dry quickly when it is eaten into the paper.
2. Different printing methods. For the pp woven sugar bag printing, if the number is small, we generally use flat screen to print. Plate-making is convenient and flexible. It can be printed either by machine or by hand. The service life of screen plate is short, and the missing version usually occurs from 1 to 20,000 times, which requires revision. The maximum may not exceed 30,000 times. If the quantity is large, it can be printed by metal screen printing or offset printing, which belongs to large machines. The printing speed is fast and the service life of the plate is long, but the printing process is relatively complex. About one edition can be printed more than 100,000 times. Flat screen printing and metal screen drum printing are not suitable for color printing. Generally, they are only used for monochrome or two-color printing. Otherwise, the printing process is complex and the efficiency is low. Offset printing can be used for color printing.
